OVERVIEW
In establishing our own spin on a white blend, we seek out the interesting Rhone and aromatic varietals that nicely complement a classic Chardonnay base. We partner with growers dedicated to cultivating alternative varietals in their outstanding vineyard sites to create an intriguing wine with bold flavor.

WINEMAKER NOTES
Inviting aromas of lychee, stone fruit, citrus, apple pie, and peach. Full and balanced with a lengthy finish.

THE BLEND
Chardonnay, Roussanne, Viognier, and Muscat

AGING
Aged for 10 months: 80% in a combination of French and Hungarian oak barrels, 25% new, and 20% in stainless steel
